Cajun Charcuterie Boards 

All Cajun boards include a charcuterie artists pick of artisan cheeses, smoked meats from Chris's Specialty Meats which can include hog head cheese, andouille sausage, smoked brisket sausage, smoked beef jerky and even boudin!  It will also include crackers, dried/fresh fruits and a combination of olives, cornichons, nuts, honey or jams. Contents will vary seasonally.

Our Medium, Large and Extra Large sizes come on wooden round or oblong catering trays.  Charcuterie Boards are considered an appetizer tray.  For a boards optimal freshness it is best consumed the day it is made.  Please call to inquire on pricing for XS and Small Cajun Boards.
